• Engineering inspections and physical evaluations of residential and commercial properties.
• Engineering inspections and certifications of manufactured home foundations to comply with HUD requirements.
• Participation in HUD 203(k) projects as a certified consultant. Develop feasibility studies, facilitate working with contractor(s), draft specifications of repairs, perform draw inspections.
• Engineering Inspection and Evaluation of Structural, Water Related, or Other Physical Problems in Buildings
• Expert witness work representing owner or contractor in construction dispute resolution. Court testimony as required.
• Forensic engineering services to determine causes of damages or failures of buildings and building components.
