HUD 203(K) Consultant Services
| Fees range according to project size. An up front fee of $350 is charged for the first site visit to inspect the property and develop a feasibility study. |
The HUD 203(k) program allows a homebuyer to purchase a home or condo in need of repair or modernization with just one mortgage loan. The mortgage amount would be based on the projected value of the property with the work completed, taking into account the cost of the work and related fees. Eligible improvements would include such items as painting, room additions, decks, health and safety upgrades, and energy conservation items.

- Reports are prepared for all inspections detailing results.
- Roger J. Olson is a registered, licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Travel reimbursement of $0.50/mile will be charged for travel to and from a site further than 30 miles from Hershey, Pennsylvania.
